87,000 buyers at HKTDC’s jewellery shows

Hong Kong, 5th March: The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) concluded its two jewellery shows earlier this month, featuring a record number of buyers – approximately 87,000 visitors from 145 countries and regions. This represents a 2% increase over last year’s event.

The Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem and Pearl Show was held at AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE) from 27th February to 3rd March and it attracted more than 33,000 buyers. Approximately 53,000 buyers visited the Hong Kong International Jewellery Show held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) from 1st to 5th March.
