The company reported total revenues of US$2.0 million in the quarter, down 12% compared with the first quarter of 2017. Sino Splendid recorded a net loss of US$1.1 million in the quarter compared with a loss of US$773,000 in 2017.

Revenues in the period were US$3.8 million, representing a 28% increase compared with the same quarter in 2017. The company posted a net loss of US$373,000 in the quarter, compared with a loss of US$522,000 recorded last year.

The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Revenues for the period were £75.4 million (US$106 million), representing growth of 8% on a like-for-like basis. Profit before tax was £16.0 million (US$22.4 million), compared to £15.4 million (US$21.6 million) in the first half of the previous year. In addition, the company’s forward bookings for FY2019 were reportedly up 31%.

For the quarter ended 31st March, the company recorded revenues of US$9.9 billion, up 61% year-on-year. However, net income in the period fell 33%, down to US$1.1 billion. The company attributed the decrease to non-recurring disposal gains arising from sale of investments in the same quarter in 2017.
