London, 20th September: This week, the London-listed ITE Group plc, announced the company changed its name and launched a new brand identity, Hyve Group plc. The company’s website will move to www.hyve.group.
According to the company, the rebrand reflects the evolution of the business stemming from its “Transformation and Growth” programme (TAG). Through the TAG programme, the company acquired part of Ascential Events and Mining Indaba and it disposed of over 150 events. This is part of management’s strategy to create a “stronger and more diversified portfolio with a focus on market-leading events.”
