Bangkok, 6th August: Earlier this week, Business Online (BOL), a leading online information service provider in Thailand, reported its financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2019. Revenues in the quarter were US$4.4 million, a year-on-year increase of 8.2%.
The company’s net income grew by 26% reaching US$1.3 million. The company attributed the increase in profits to better than expected revenue growth and aggressive management of costs.
BOL also announced its results for the six-months ended 30th June. Revenues in the first half of the year were US$8.4 million, up 14% year-on-year. Net profit for the same six-month period jumped 37% to US$2.3 million. Diluted earnings per share for in the first half of 2019 were Baht 0.085 (US$0.0028).
