Hong Kong, 26th March: The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) will open its Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Spring Edition), Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Spring Edition) and International ICT Expo in April. In total, the events are expected to feature about 4,900 exhibitors. All of the events are to be held at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC).
The Spring Lighting Fair, in its 10th edition, will be held from 6th to 9th April, showcasing more than 1,350 exhibitors from 13 countries and regions, with new exhibitors from Canada, India, Macau and Malaysia.
The 15th edition of Spring Electronics Fair and ICT Expo will run from 13th to 16th April. Claimed to be the largest spring electronics event in Asia, the Spring Electronics Fair will feature some 2,950 exhibitors from 23 countries and regions, including new participants from Canada, Denmark, Hungary, Malaysia, Mexico and Poland.
Under the theme, “Smart City: The Way of the Future”, this year’s ICT Expo will attract about 600 exhibitors from eight countries and regions. The HKTDC will also organise the Smart City Seminar Series at the fair with industry experts exploring current topics such as Internet security, fintech, smart homes, IoT applications, and how disruptive technology is driving smart city development.
