Australia, 22nd December: Diversified Communications has completed the acquisition of Mumbrella, a leading brand in the digital publishing and marketing industry in Australia. No financial details were announced.
Co-founded by Martin Lane, Tim Burrowes and Ian Wakeling in 2008, Mumbrella is a marketing and media news platform, and has expanded into a multi-platform business including online news, e-newsletters and database subscription services as well as conferences and awards events. After the acquisition, Mumbrella will operate as an extension of Diversified Communications Australia and maintain its current structure and editorial team.
