Hong Kong, 22nd November: Earlier this month, Cosmoprof Asia, organised by Cosmoprof Asia Limited, a joint-venture company between the BolognaFiere Group and UBM Asia, concluded using the “one fair, two venues” format. The exhibition attracted 83,793 beauty professionals from 135 countries and regions, representing an increase of 9% compared with the 2016 edition.
With the launch of “Cosmopack Asia” at AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE) running from 14th to 16th November, the fair occupied an exhibition area of 38,600 m2 and featured 843 exhibiting companies from 23 countries and regions. The event showcased raw materials and ingredients, manufacturing machinery, as well as primary and secondary packaging.
“Cosmopack Asia” ran alongside with Cosmoprof Asia, which was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) from 15th to 17th November. A total of 2,034 exhibiting companies from 53 countries and regions exhibited finished beauty products. This event attracted a total of 2,877 exhibiting companies. Compared to the previous edition, that is a 7% increase. The event’s exhibition area increased by 11% to 108,600 m2.

The next edition of Cosmoprof Asia will take place at the HKCEC from 14th to 16th November 2018. Cosmopack Asia will be held at AWE and its dates are from 13th to 15th November 2018.
