Hong Kong/Shenzhen, 28thNovember: Earlier this week, UBM Asia announced a cooperation agreement with the Shenzhen Creativity Exhibition to expand and enhance Creativity’s two key fairs, the Shenzhen International Electronics Convention & Expo (ELEXCON), and the Shenzhen International e-Cig Expo (IECIE).
Under the terms of the agreement, UBM will expand its portfolio in the electronics and e-cigarettes industries, while Creativity will use the partnership to develop its two fairs leveraging UBM’s international presence and network.
ELEXCON, a B2B exhibition focused on electronics, features the latest technological solutions to support the electronics high-tech R&D and manufacturing communities in southern China. The coming edition will be held from 21st to 23rd December 2017 at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (SZCEC). The organiser is expecting an increase of 30% in terms of exhibition space sold.
IECIE, a B2B e-cigarettes event, serves the vape industry and is held every April in Shenzhen. The 2017 edition attracted 275 exhibitors and 36,351 visitors. The next edition will be held from 14th to 16th April 2018 at the SZCEC. Creativity will also launch the Shanghai CHAO (Culture, Horizon, Attitude, and Original) & Vape Culture Week from 7th to 9th December 2018 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) in order to address the large market in eastern China.
