HKTDC launches Sports & Leisure Expo

Hong Kong, 26th June: The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) will launch a new event next month. The Hong Kong Sports and Leisure Expo will take place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) and run from 21st to 25th July.

Showcasing sports and leisure products and services, the new exhibition will feature more than 90 exhibitors from Hong Kong, Mainland China, Japan and Korea. The theme of the inaugural edition of the event will be “Stadium Live.” It will feature six zones: Outdoor Adventure, Sport Hub, Health & Fitness, Photography World, Fun & Play and a Handicraft Market.

HKTDC Deputy Executive Director Benjamin Chau, commented, “Members of the public can try some of the products and take part in experiential activities… Exhibitors can collect valuable consumer insights on their products and services, launch new products and build their brands through this platform.”

The Sports and Leisure Expo will run concurrently with another HKTDC show, the 28th Hong Kong Book Fair. The Book Fair will be held from 19th to 25th July and it will also be held at the HKCEC. The Book Fair is expected to feature over 670 exhibitors from 35 countries and regions.
