BOL’s revenues rise 6.3% in Q1

Bangkok, 12th May: Last week, Bangkok-based business information provider, Business Online (BOL), announced its financial results for the first quarter of 2017. Revenues in the quarter were US$3.2 million, up 6.3% year-on-year.

BOL’s net income in the period increased by 9.5% compared to the same period in 2016, resulting in over US$540,000 in profits. Earnings per share in the first quarter in 2017 were Baht 0.02.

Essentially all of BOL’s revenues were generated from what its management refers to as its “service segment”. Only US$23,000 of the total were generated from other activities. The company did not provide details of the definition of these other sources of revenues.
