A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a product to a customer regardless of the basis for the reimbursement (“Refund”). Any refund request to products of Business Strategies Group (“BSG”) must be notify us in written form either by email to info@bsgasia.com or by fax to +852 2525 6171.

BSG will not reduce the amount of a Refund by any fees such as handling fee or restocking fee. But for products that sell in hard copy which delivered by express courier, the US$45 shipping charge which incorporated into the selling price is non-refundable. Therefore, the amount of a Refund may be reduced by shipping charges. All Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and BSG reserves the right to deny any Refund request.
