  • Paul founded BSG in 2000, launching its annual report on trade fairs in Asia and consulting for many of the region’s leading companies in the events industry.
  • He was based in Hong Kong for 25 years before returning to Europe in 2010 to take up the role of Managing Director of UFI, the global association of the exhibition industry.
  • Prior to founding BSG, Paul worked in various roles as a director in Asia of the company now operating as UBM Asia.
  • Since stepping down from his role as UFI at the end of 2015, Paul has been advising events companies on international business and working with a number of event technology start-ups as an advisor. He is also an official advisor on exhibitions to the Shanghai government.
